Meet Laura

Laura’s ultimate passion is hairdressing – she’s happiest behind the chair getting you in to the latest trend. Her commitment to her craft shines through in every colour, the education she’ll give you along the way, and in your finished new style!  If you have naturally curly hair you can expect to see Laura’s face light up – she’s a Curly Girl through and through, and loves seeing people fall in love with their curves!

Growing up all over the place, Laura says she considers herself a gypsy. Inspiration always surrounded her:  her love for hair and design was realized from early on. Laura’s mother was a huge support, letting her create new styles and use the tools necessary to work out her passions.

Laura’s hair profession started out on Vancouver Island.  She moved to Grande Prairie years ago and currently lives with her other half and their two beautiful children. When she’s not behind the chair, you will find Laura adventuring out in nature, in a yoga class or playing with her kids. She loves good music, great company, and creating some magic in your hair!

Rapid essence pewter, because people are afraid to try new colors but when they try it, they love it.

What is your least favorite form of transportation?

I hate taking the bus.
