When you reserve with The Headroom for your celebration, we know your special day is not just a day. It is a monumental experience filled with prior anticipation and dedication. We will be there for you for every moment leading up to it!

Our Event Concierge service is accessible by phone, text, email or in person for you. Contact information will be given at deposit.

TRAVEL

On-Site Servicing is NOW AVAILABLE. If your day will flow easier with us coming to you, we will make it happen!

$20 Per Artist
Complimentary km’s within City Limits. Outside of Grande Prairie will be billed at $0.85/Km for up to 4 Service Providers
Hotel Charges as applicable for any destinations over 200 km outside of Grande Prairie.

OUR ARTISTRY TEAM

The Headroom’s Event Artistry Team commits to maintaining an advanced skill set in bridal, grad and other event services. We commit to specific annual advanced education above our regular advanced education requirements. Our Artistry Team will arrive in style on time with everything we need to keep your day on track.

EVENT POLICIES

At the time of Booking a 50% Deposit will be made. All services must be paid for in full 1 month prior to the event.
Changes : 15 days prior to the event a full refund will be granted less any event costs already incurred (extensions/travel arrangements, etc.)

8-14 days prior to event your deposit will be retained but we will refund the remainder.
No refunds within 1 week of your event

Refunds : should you find yourself wanting adjustments to your service please let us know at the time of the service. We guarantee the quality of our work and are always happy to make any changes. Should you leave with your style as is there will be no refunds.
